We accept various forms of payment: Visa | MasterCard | American Express | Discover | PayPal | Apple Pay | Google Pay

All payments are charged at the time of transaction.

PayPal requires payment upfront. Orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed. If you are funding your PayPal purchase through your bank account, this can take several days. Payments funded by credit card or account balance are typically processed on the same day.

We currently do not accept any form of payment by mail.

Sales + VAT Taxes 

If your state/country requires us to collect and remit sales, VAT or other taxes, these amounts will be reflected during checkout.

Order Tracking

All orders, domestic and international, are provided with tracking and will be included in your shipping notice. 

Order Cancellations 

If you’d wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send us your request through the portal or at orders@coalescesion.com. Please note, however, we are unable to cancel your order once the order has shipped.

Where’s My Order?

Before e-mailing about a missing package, please allow 2 weeks within the United States, 3 weeks for Canada or Mexico, and 4 weeks for the rest of the world.

Please Note:

Additional orders can not be combined to new or previous orders.

2x CD/LP sets will be counted as a single disc with no additional shipping charges. Multi-disc sets (3x CDs/LPs or more) and depending on the size and the weight, might incur additional shipping charges.

Multi-format orders, depending on quantity, may ship together, or in a separate shipment.

Sometimes, CDs may become loose or dislodged during transit. In the event that the discs are damaged, please take a couple of pictures and email us at info@coalescesion.com.

Domestic:

Orders will typically be processed and shipped out within 3 business days via USPS Media Mail.

Please allow 5 – 7 business days for delivery.

CUSTOMS: Please be aware that additional duties or taxes may be imposed by the destination country’s custom office. Due to this, these additional fees are not included in Coalescesion’s shipping costs and are therefor, the responsibility of the customer.

If the item you received is damaged or defective, it can be returned within 30 days upon receipt for a refund or if available, a replacement copy. We do not accept exchanges. If you receive a CD with a severely cracked jewel case, let us know and we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
